Our online store currently offers selected haircare products and gift sets, including products from Alfaparf Milano.

Delivery charges are separate from the product price and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation. This confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including where a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or product information error, or we suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a refund for the amount paid.

Payment must be made through the payment methods available at checkout.

By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

We do not knowingly accept orders from anyone who is not legally able to enter into a binding contract.

8. Delivery

We currently deliver orders within the Republic of Ireland.

Orders are normally dispatched on the next working day. Delivery through An Post generally takes approximately 2 working days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Our current delivery charge within the Republic of Ireland is €9.00. The applicable delivery charge will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

9. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

Your statutory consumer rights apply to purchases made through our online store.

For most online purchases, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

Your statutory consumer rights apply to products that are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise do not conform to the contract.

11. Gift Sets and Promotional Offers

Any promotional offers, discounts or gift sets available through our online store are subject to availability and any specific terms stated alongside the offer.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend an offer where permitted by law.
