At Salon Sia, we aim to process and dispatch your online order as quickly as possible.

Delivery Area

We currently offer delivery within the Republic of Ireland.

If you are outside the Republic of Ireland and would like to enquire about delivery, please contact us at info@salonsia.ie.

Delivery Cost

Our current delivery charge within the Republic of Ireland is €9.00 per order.

The applicable delivery charge will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Processing & Dispatch

Orders are normally processed and dispatched on the next working day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will generally be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive any available delivery or tracking information associated with your order.

Delivery Times

We currently use An Post for deliveries within the Republic of Ireland.

Delivery generally takes approximately 2 working days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside of our control, including postal service delays, adverse weather, public holidays or other unforeseen circumstances.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable period after the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at info@salonsia.ie with your order number.

We will do our best to assist and, where applicable, contact An Post regarding the delivery.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are correct when placing your order.

Salon Sia cannot be responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided at checkout.

If you realise that you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@salonsia.ie. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at info@salonsia.ie and provide your order number along with photographs of the packaging and product.

We will assess the issue and assist you in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
